Any good differentiators to minimize problems?

Is there anything such as coming to the table with $1,327.32 of money in the ground during the chapter 7 process to eliminate the questions of hiding other assets?

Any other good advice to follow here that can make things go smoother. Showing up with nothing is probably common place.

Hi - WHat do you mean with money in the ground??

You are allowed to have a certain amount of money per person if married in your bank account.

      Money in the ground...

Basically anyone going to do a chapter 7 will prepare for this event. Having six months of low income and little visible money.

If you produce the money that you keep in the sock drawer will this help with the credibility of the filing?

I'm sorry, but you really need to think about some of these questions you're asking.
What do you think the trustee's opinion will be if you say, "here's $1300 I was hiding but I'm showing it to you so you don't think I'm hiding anything else'?
The best way to be credible in the trustees eyes is, be truthful on the bk filing and then, cooperate with any additional questions he/she may have. No need for any drama.

I’m sorry but your question leads me to think of fraud. Don’t get me wrong as I don’t mean anything personal, but that is the way a Trustee would look at this. Now, here is what you can do with the “extra” money. Purchase foodstuffs (stock up for the 2nd great depression) blankets, and all things that are exempt. For about 17 bucks you can get a wonderful book downloaded called Chapter 7 from Nolo.com. PLEASE do not hide things as things I have not hidden where dug up that I never even thought to include. ‘Hub

I agree with keepmine, you do need to think about what you are asking before you actually post the question.

Honesty is the best way to go.
