like if you blew it on a bunch of stupid stuff, would that give the judge a reason to dismiss your case. i assume not, but not sure.

No, they don't--at least they didn't with us. Just be careful what you have spent it on. In our case, we got nailed with paying more than 600.00 to two relatives that were perceived as 'preferential insider payments'. We didn't know. We had had no real guidance from our attorney.

I imagine that the judge doesn't care about anything unless someone makes a stink. Then he would have to hear both sides and make a descision.The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government
