    341 set for 8/28

I guess that I am in the homestretch for the first milestone--the 341. I've sent everything the trustee asked for and have been checking Pacer and nothing has been added or annotated since the 341 notice mailings the week after I filed.

Is this good? Or does the trustee usually start asking for more info after the 341 if more is needed? I'm just wondering how much they look at my petition documents before the 341.

Since no new activity (since the 341 notice mailings) has been added to Pacer, I am cautiously optimistic. I'm just taking this all one day at a time and hoping for the best and preparing for the worst....

Hey Tabby, you and I will have the same anniversary! I haven't been asked for anything at all. Well lawyer has tax returns and check stubs but no one has asked for anything else.

I know that doesn't answer your question...and looking forward to hearing replies but just want to let you know that I'll be thinking of you as I wait around for my turn!

They look at the paperwork 1 to 2 days before the 341, and if they want more information they will request it at the 341. The only time they ask for info prior to, is if you were a pro se filer and did not previously know their requirements.

      Good Luck

I am pro se, and sent the info he asked for (bank statements, tax info etc) and have heard nothing more.

Hopefully that's a good sign and no bomb shells will occur.
