I believe the random audit is within 10 days of the 341. I'm going to wait 15 since I don't have a pacer account (I'd be checking it several times a day and making myself sick). I can pass the audit, it is just more time and stress and drama that I'd rather not deal with.
I'm told the UST can object all the way up to the 60 days but since nothing was raised at the 341, I'm told they most likely aren't interested.

Congrats!! Welcome to the 60-day club
Our attorney told us the same thing at our case...you'll know about the random audit within 10 days of filing (not the 341), and since the UST wasn't at our 341 (nor has requested any info prior to the 341), it's doubtful they are interested.
As for the extra questions, just wanting to make sure the business's were shutdown, that I'd used my credit cards to fund my business. He also verified that I had had a drop of income based on my 2007 tax returns and what was on my petition.
Oh, one other thing my lawyer told me, TWICE. Answer all questions with a yes or no and then STOP TALKING! If the trustee wants more information, he'll ask for it, DON'T go explaining things because that can only lead to trouble.
Thanks for the data! I can handle those questions, its a big help to keep some of the **mystery** to a minimum.
And yep.... I was told the same thing yesterday... NOT TO TALK
