Discharged/But Mortgage Co. won't deal with us about Credit Report

We received our discharge two weeks!! Woo-hoo!

Since we filed our second mortgage company - DiTech has been reporting our mortgage late. So on our credit report, it states that we have been 120 days late. My husband called Ditech and told them that we are discharged, what do we have to do to have them stop reporting it is late. They told us we had to deal with the credit companies, not them.

Is that true? How do we get it to say discharged through bankruptcy?
Filed 5/22/08 341 Meeting 6/19/08 (No Asset) Last Day for Objections 8/19/08 Discharged 8/22/08 Case Closed 8/25/08
    Credit Score 4/28/08--660 6/10/08--528 Credit Score 8/30/08--625

You'll get nowhere on the phone with them. Send them a letter via Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested asking them to correct their reporting. You will probably have to send 3-4 letters to establish a pattern of them ignoring you and knowingly reporting incorrectly. If they don't correct it by then you have a papertrail to sue them with.

Keep in mind the status will show the accutal staus on the day you filed (30Late, 60Late, ect.), however they must report the balance as 0.00 and included in BK.
