We will be in foreclosure when we file... and we will be giving up the house. Do we estimate rent for our schedule J or do we use our current mortgage payment? Just double checking.

It would depend what is acceptable in your district. Some will let you use the house even if surrendering it, others will not.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
