1 last question about reaffirming my mtg, mtg company hasn't sent me anything!

I had my 341 today, and it's in my plan to reaffirm my mortgage, but no one from the mtg company showed up. How or when do I sign the reaffirmation agreement? I have been paying my mortgage as regular since I converted.

Did they send it perchance to your lawyer?

I'd contact him and ask.

I was going to reaffirm my mortgage and equity line. My atty called and said I needed to come in and sign my equity line...but did not have anything from my mortgage. So I called my mortgage co. and they told me they weren't going to do a reaffirmation since I have only been late 1 time in over 10 years. So, I signed no reaffirmation for either loans.

Just give them a call, they may just not require a reaffirmation to be signed.

We never heard a word from our mortgage company..I called the attorney and she said they never heard from them... We've been sending in our payment every month, actually we paid Septembers in August ! That was a nice feeling Finally were getting ahead !!

Neither my 1st or second has sent a reaff agmt to me or my atty. Atty said that as long as I continue to pay on time I am fine even though I as well indicated on the bk paperwork that I am reaffirming. Cant make the mtg co send the reaff paperwork I guess.

My 1st has continued to automatically withdraw from my checking at my request.
