My husband and I are new to all this. We filed BK about 2 months ago and had are 341 hearing a few weeks back. In the mean time are lease, on the home we rent is almost up. When we moved in the property manager was a real slacker, and did no walk thru or anything. We heard from are neighbors that was just how the company worked. However a few months back her company was bought out and the new property manager is much more picky. I am just really worried we will get charged all sorts of fees when we leave. Things that were wronge when we moved in. It is what they just did to one neighbor. We gave no deposit, but do not want them to come after us. Can these fees be included in the BK? Any help would be great.
