Auto loan

I reaffriemd my auto loan but stopped making payments because my finanical advisor said whatever I do to keep my mortage current. I sent in a payment 1 in the last 6 months....yet they have not called or sent a letter or anything.....before my BK if i was 1 day late they where on the phone....what gives.......I know it is not a very nice car(2000) with high milage...is it just not worth there time now? Thanks


PS: can they just show up and tow it away without warning?

Why did you reaffirm a car like that? They can come and just take it or any where they find it. Plus since you reaffirmed the loan you will be responsible for any defeasances on that loan.

Even if i have not had a single piece of corespodnace with them since the reafriming?....I did actually send a double payment in around may...2 months worth...but i have missed june/july/August but have not heard anything back.....I was hoping to pay another two months worth last week,, but my propane ran out and of course with a BK, they need the whole winters worth up front....about 1000 cash only. Really getting frustrated with teh wold right about now.....been puting in 60 hour weeks and still not making a dent.......
