    Just got this from Citi via email. I guess this is for non payment of one of the

    smaller accts that Im only 30 days late on. I'm not late on the two biggies I owe them...at least not for another week when I cant pay them. I wonder what they will say to me or if I should call. Any opinions? I know it'll get a thicker skin as time goes on and I get used to the calls and letters, maybe not...

    Its just a reminder of payment. No biggie. I did get a few calls in the beginning and then I sent a cease and decent letter that my attorney gave me and they never called again. Have you retained an attorney? If so, then give all the creditors his/her phone number and most of the calls should stop. Goodluck.

      I wouldn't worry about it. I had Citi as well and received quite a few of these same letters (along with similar letters from other creditors)

        They basically want to trick you into agreeing to some payment plan whether you can afford it or not because that restarts the clock so to speak. Anyway ignore them
        May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
        July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
        September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
