I signed up for Pacer a while ago and poked around. Interesting stuff, but I didn't find out anything that I didn't already know about my Ch. 13. I plan on checking it every once in a while.

Anyone have any tips as to what I should look for...where the best section to browse through is...any red flags re: BK, etc.

When you run a Query, look under the

History/Documets section. That will show you everything that has happened in a case.

For a chapter 13, you also want to check the Claims Register, as that will show you everyone who has filed a proof of claim in your case, and if there are any inaccuracies, you can object to the claim.

Awesome! This will help me next time I browse...thanks! The first time (and only time) that I was on Pacer I was unsure where to begin and overwhelmed by all of the options I had to choose from.
