can you reaffirm you mortgage if you have late payments or have missed payments?

You have to be current at the time of filing and through the bankruptcy process to reaffirm.
If you've missed payment you might could work with them and have them add those to the end of the loan if possible.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
