Shared House?

I share house ownership with my roomie. 50/50 split on the mortgage and deed. We are, always have been and will remain on time with the payments.

If I declare Chap7 will there be any repercussions? Will I have to reaffirm my half or something?

If your name is on the mortgage too, I believe you'll have to file on the debt and reaffirm it. If you aren't on the mortgage, it shouldn't be an issue.
