Ok,
Well the appointment is made with the attorney. I sit down with him at 1pm on Monday to pay my retainer and hand over tons of paperwork. I feel as though over the last decade I have earned a PhD in Stupid Finances
from Dumb A $ $ University. I have income of $5200 Gross a month and overall expenses of $4400 a month not including $62000 in debt. I have not had a decent nights sleep in a decade over debt and have cashed in every old 401k to pay down from $100k in debt. I know the blame lays on my shoulders but I have to finally say enough is enough. I need to Freakin' Grown Up! 
I still have more cutting to do in the budget, I have two car payments that total $700/month and am contemplating letting one go back. I am filing, not my wife so that may preserve some of our ability to get a new smaller car.
One of my big concerns is that a main creditor is also my employer. My attorney has done many bankruptcies of employees from this company and said don't worry but parinoia (sp) still sets in.
