I want to close a bank account and open another bank accout at a different bank?

I have a bank account with wells fargo and it has gone neg. balance due to overdraft fees and other fee's. I plan to pay the fees, but was thinking about doing this after I file and not include the bank fees in the bankruptcy. I also plan to file for bankruptcy the end of this month. What do you think??

Close your Wells Fargo account ASAP, and open a new account at a completely different bank - BEFORE Wells Fargo reports you you Chexsystems. Once another bank sees you on the Chexsystems report they won't want to deal with you.
Just include them - Wells Fargo & their loanshark fees in your bankruptcy.

Or just go open another Bank Account and worry about Wells when the time is right. You can more than 1. I have 5 different Bank accounts......

You are required to list all creditors. Nothing in the bk code prevents you from repaying anyone you please post discharge.
For your protection, list the WFC account and repay them on whatever schedule you like post bk.
