It has been a 9 month journey -- the first case was dismissed; the second case is almost complete. Just wanted to send out a message this weekend to let everyone in this forum know that this coming Tuesday, 9/9/08, is the date set for Last Day for Objections to Discharge. The good news is I'll be out of town on business travel from 9/9 - 9/10, so I won't have much time to even think about it. For those that have been following my case(s) -- send me your good vibes and Mojo that the next couple of days pass without any objections.
Now, here is the question part of my post: if there were an objection raised on the final 2 business days of my case, how quickly would it appear on PACER? Basically, I am asking that if I check PACER on 9/10 and nothing new is posted, would that mean I am in the clear? Or could something magically appear on the 11th or 12th, etc.??? The 9th is the LAST DAY for objections, but I always thought the filings appeared pretty quickly on PACER -- am I right? BTW, I am not expecting any objections from creditors and we have not received a single request from the UST this time around.
Anyway, I wanted to post an update -- fingers are crossed for good news next week.
Good luck to all,
