If you look at my other post's, you can see I am close to filing again, for my wife this time...anyway to make this short....She only has 2 cards we are filing on, about 30 k in unsercured debt....both of them called last thursday, I told both of them the same story, I am in contact with a lawyer, will let you know soon..etc....Both of them said sorry for our situation and that everyone they had called that day had said the same thing.....I actually said thank you to both of them for how nice they where about it......
