What Can Creditors Ask at 341?

I personally guaranteed a business loan from a private party, that is included in my BK. I met with my attorney today and he said the private investor will very likely show up at the 341 meeting.

What kind of questions can a creditor ask of you at the 341 meeting?

Big difference between "can" and "will". Since your attorney will be with you at the 341 hearing let him/her answer any really probative, Guantamo Bay type questions. You're paying him/her to represent you.
