    Is A Divorce Decree Considered An Asset?

    Is a divorce decree considered an asset? My X was in default of our divorce judgment. My atty said we didn't have to list it.

      Some would consider it as asset. I'm not talking about bk either. 'Hub

        He was supposed to have put my name on our business license. The business was supposed to pay all of the credit card debt that was in my name. X maxed out my cards for business purposes.

        Anyhoo, I went to a lawyer for post-divorce/bankruptcy advice. She said we didn't have to list the business as an asset because X failed to put my name on the license.
