reaffirmation on a boat and motorcycle???

Is this possible since they are considered a luxery item? I am thinking about fileing a chapter 7, but want to keep my boat, Motorcycle, and two cars..

Am I crazy thinking I can do this?

It'll depend on the equity in the boat and cycle and the monthly payments. Plus, what you state allows as exemptions. A trustee may feel they are luxury items and not allow you to use them as an expense.
We had a poster a few weeks back who's trustee balked at a $700+/monthly car payment.

No equaty in anything. I owe what its worth or more. Payment is 500 on each item. I make enough to pay it, just not enough to pay everything. Construction here in CA. has really slowed. I get a steady check but it's 1/3 of what I made last year
