    I am so happy, Just got the discharge letter for my chapter 7, 314 was a no asset case.

    I couldn't be happier Discharged almost 100k, Now im Debt Free
    You guys are a great source of information.

                        what do I do after discharge

                        I just got my discharge letter, (chapter 7 no asset case) so now what, couple of questions, how do i get all 3 credit reporting agencies on the same page as far as reporting,?? how long do i wait b4 trying to rebuild my credit someone please give me some accurate info

                          Congrats on the discharges

                          sutton give it another month then request your credit report, then start disputing what's on it.

                          Once you get it all straightened out you can probably start attempting to rebuild your credit.
                          May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
                          July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
                          September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed.
