    What does this mean on Pacer?

    I found this:

    BNC Certificate of Mailing. (RE: related document(s)[14] Notice of Deficient/Defective Filing). No. of Notices: 6. Service Date 09/18/2008. (Admin.)
    8/5/08 - Filed Chapter 7
    9/10/08 - 341 Meeting - It went great
    11/10/08 - Last day for Objections
    11/12/08 - Discharged & Closed!

    Ok I read item 14, and it appears the attorney filed the reaffirmation agreement wrong. He has to refile it by 9/23. That's what this notice is referring to. So I guess this isn't a big deal. Hopefully

      Unless he does not correct it, it is no big deal. I had one too and watched PACER and saw the application corrected. Clerical error. 'Hub
      If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
