My account balance for my bank accounts on the day of filing? I was using Sept in my 6 month allocation of income, Sep, Aug, July, June, May, April.

October 1 is a Wednesday so that should be fine I get on the 3rd via direct deposit

Exactly, just making sure you planned I got caught out on the account balance rule. Yes, the day the atty files, the balance of your accounts in the bank have to match your petition or be lower. But you know that Payday is after!

I Noticed that the attorney put down that I have 1000.00 in my checking account. On the day of filing i had 80.00. Is that a problem? Also what is the matrix?

Lower is OK.

The matrix is the list of creditors you owe.

Hey Halloween...good luck with this and let us know how it goes! We are filing Oct 22. The lawyer has a bunch of our stuff...pay stubbs, titles, etc and we have to bring in the updates of all our expenses. He told me he will go over everything 'meticulously" on the 22 which is the day we file. I too am hoping to go over everything and make sure it's correct and nothing is forgotten. There's just so much info, it's overwhelming! Just hang in there. At least with the help of this forum, we get the chance to really educate ourselves and prepare for it. Just imagine all those who don't!!

Good cause I printed out my petition and lightlited some things that I think could be wrong. I need things explained to me before i go into the 341. I am the type of person that has to know everything before it happens. What to expect, what questions, etc.
