I plan to file in a couple more months. And I have a truck and a motorcycle that I plan on giving up. I dont even drive them anymore I bought a car that was a little more senseable ? I was thinking about just callin GMAC and telling them I am gonna drop the truck off at a dealer, and telling the bank to come get the motorcycle from my dads house. Does this sound like a good idea I just dont want something I dont plan on payin for and I also dont want to pay the insurance anymore either. Thanks in advance for the reply

I'm sure you have already done this, but, have you attempted to sell them for payments or cheaper? How old are you and do you wish to ruin your credit for two toys? Have you heard of Craigs List? you can go ahead and do that jsut make sure you are going to file. you can be charged deficiency on them that will be wiped out with the BK. are you sure you will not need them for chapter 7?Chapter 7 07/30/2008
