Wow, so sorry to hear that your trustee is giving you a hard time. Based on your post it does seem as though you have a simple Chap.7 case. I would try to get as much info from your lawyer as you can. He is being paid and should be able to give you answers and help you figure out what to do next. At my 341 there were a few people who had 'sit ins' for them and they were useless.

Sorry to hear about your 341. I had a subsitute lawyer and demon trustee too. Actually, demon is too nice a word My life will be living hell until this is discharged.

I don't really have any good advice, except to keep coming to the board and seeing if anyone else has had the same kinda situation you had and how they made it through. I would definitely keep on top of your attorney on this stuff. That's what you paid him for.
