180 day wait from use of Credit

I am probably going to wait the full 6 months before filing however that brings up some questions; I used unsecured business lines, most don't even have Credit Cards with them just checks. Is the wait time the same even if there was no actual plastic involved? Also I stopped using them at different times so while waiting out the rest of the time there are others that are at the point of seeking judgements, how do I hold them off until I file?..Thanks

First issue: Those line of credit checks are the same as using credit cards. Don't write out any more of those.

LOLOLOL I like that one. Well in all seriousness, you can keep them off your back by paying them a bit. Let them know you are "trying" and make token payments, keep in touch with them until about three months pass. It takes about that amount of time to sue. First the summons, 30 or 20 days to respond, then the hearing, about 20 days, and you can eek out some delay here and there. 'Hub

lol that was funny....I have been paying some to all but its a boat with too many holes and its going down. I refigured the #'s again 482k in unsecured business lines...
