Well...an update!!!

As of a couple of days ago, my case finally has a "no asset" tag on Pacer!!!!!

My 341 was 8/28 and I figured all was ok since the only cases the trustee thad an issue with were updated within a few days of the 341. Mine had nothing until now--so that means that as of 10/27 all is going to over with!!!!

I filed pro se, so to have this whole deal over with and also done in a fairly flawless manner is pretty thrilling. I am glad I saved the attorney fees but also am grateful that I figured all this out and worked hard to do it well.

Great Tabby! My no asset took a while to show up too and it was the greatest feeling to finally see it. Hopefully you and I will both be able to say HOT DAMN DISCHARGED! on 10/27.
