    Questions about Pacer

Hi Everyone - Ok so i go on pacer and I am looking to see if there is a UST going to be present - But where do I see that? I did see something that said UST13 what is that?

Now it said FLAGS: What does - DEBTEDJT/ DEBTED, meansno mean. It also said the presumption of abuse does not arise. Asset - No. What the heck does all this mean? I already did the credit counseling over the phone in July and gave them to the attorney.

    Thanks everyone.

    Hi, Jesse -

I guess you missed my answer to your UST question yesterday on your "where do you see this" thread.

PACER flags seem to vary from district to district, but there's also a list of them in the PACER sticky, which again is here: http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?t=1011

MEANSNO = You've been declared a no asset case, which is very good, as is the presumption of abuse not arising.

DEBTEDJT = Financial Mgt Certificate for Joint Debtor hasn't been filed. Are you filing jointly? This doesn't mean you haven't taken the course, just that the certification hasn't been filed. It needs to be taken care of, though. You know there are TWO courses, right? A pre-filing and a post-filing course?

Read that sticky, Jesse - it will really help!

As I said yesterday, my understanding is that you find out there's a UST assigned to your case when you get to your 341 and there's a UST there. I've never heard of anyone getting advance notice via PACER. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, I'm sure.
