    341 Tomorrow

Well tomorrow continues the adventure. Am nervous beyond belief, but thanks to everyone on this board I haven't fainted yet.
Haven't heard from my attorney, even though I received a "motion to lift stay" today, on a rental property that is not going to be re-affirmed. I sure he is wide awake for this.

    Thank goodness for Xanax

    Again, thanks to all

'dadkrs', I prefer Valium. Two with a shot of rum, and you can handle anything.

You have read here, it is a "piece of cake". Don't fret. It will be fine. You however are compelled by 'forum rules' to report back to us in your success. 'Hub and Mrs.

You will be fine - just answer Yes No and nothing else unless asked. You will walk out feeling the elephant left the back.
Good luck - let us know how it went!!

I was nervous as could be and then I was done in 2-3 minutes and declared "no assest". Not nearly as bad as I thought. Good luck!!!

Ok: I think it's over. Went Good.

Trustee was pretty tough on his questions to alot of folks. I am on Long Island, I was # 75 out of 100 in my room. Sure is alot of people .There were two rooms.

Trustee actually was asking some folks for 2 years receipts, bank statements and asked alot about home re-financing and what they did with the money.

My turn came early because the trustee refused to hear some cases from 2 attorneys, as they had sent their petitions in to him yesterday. Boy did he chew them out.

I get up and he begins by chewing my attorney out for 5 minutes, because my attorney had a real estate agent call the trustee about a short sale. So now I am a basket case. I'm sitting there, thinking I am sunk. My attorney is stammering and stuttering.

Trustee turns to me and winks, then says "this has nothing to do with you relax"

He asked how I got into debt and asked the usual questions and I'm done.

He mumbled something into a recorder and wished me luck

So I think I am now a 60 day wonder. Will keep checking Pacer to confirm.

How can I say Thanks. I OWE ALL OF YOU A DRINK

                          Sounds like it went awesome!

I think the fact that the Trustee got his aggression out on a few people/attorneys before you was excellent. Everyone needs to vent and let loose, and Trustees are no different than the rest of us.

Congratulations. May the next 60 days fly by.
