Last Day for Objections

How do you find out when the Last Day for Objections is?
I can't find that information anywhere on PACER. We are at 75 days and still nothing!

Did you file Pro Se or with a lawyer?

Been a while but it should be 90 days from filing date unless you are an asset case.

We filed with a lawyer....no asset. I thought it was 60 days? No?

Last day objections is typically 60 days from the date of your first scheduled 341. Unless someone has filed a motion to extend (such as the UST, trustee, creditor, etc.)

The last entry was Sept. 26, 2008.

Yes it would say Flags.

Discharge is typically 90 days from filing and 60 days from the 341.

Call your lawyer and ask for an update on your case.
