Hello all!! Great site!!! I have just one question, I had my 341 meeting, went well I think. I tried to reaffirm my mortgage and an ATV. Received my reaffirmation papers for the ATV, but not yet for the house. I called many times to my mortgage company and they told me they sent them to my lawyer's office many times. I called my lawyer's office and they still haven't received them. I wouldn't normally care about reaffirming any loans, but the mortgage company isn't reporting any payments I'm still making!!! My question is, if I don't receive reaffirmation papers before I'm discharged and the loan can't be reaffirmed will the mortgage company start to report my mortgage payments after I'm discharged? Or will I never receive any credit for on-time payments on my credit report from this mortgage company again? Thanks in advance!!!!!!

No they will not report if you do not reaffirm

Thanks again, that's what I was worried about!!! For some reason my mortgage company says they've sent reaffirmation agreements to my lawyer and lawyer keeps saying no!!! I definitely don't want to keep paying on something and not get credit for it!! Thanks again!!!!!Comment
