    selling items in my home?

    #2
Keep in mind that if it's attached to the wall or ceiling or part of the structure, that it should stay. I'm not talking about shelves, pictures and ect. I'm talking about built-ins. In any case, many homes have missing items these days and I'm not so sure the buyer from the sale are really interested in coming after you for a missing door, built in book case and what not. If you added rooms upstairs, then I suggest you leave it that way and don't rip anything out.
