My student loan refund, is mailing out either this week or next week.
I know that the trustee can't touch it because it's secured by a nondischargable debt. But should I still wait to cash it until after my 341 to be on the safe side?

Well I'm not really sure Pinkie. It might be better to wait til after the 341 just to be prudent.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
