I was planning to reaffirm my car but it is 2 weeks to discharge and haven't heard anything from Honda regarding a reaffirmation agreement. If an agreement is NOT signed does that mean I can surrender the car ANYTIME without penalty??? I mean they can't try to sue me for the difference of the balance owed and whatever they can sell it at auction? How does this work?
