The speed of the process is largly determined by you and your atty. Our atty had everything ready to file in a week...but that is also because we had everything already put together for her. Unfortunately, it took us a month and a half to get the money saved up to pay her. The day we had the last amount of money, we went in, signed the documents, and she had it filed that day. Houston is currently around 44 days from filing to the 341 meeting. Then the obvious 60 day waiting period. December 5th...where are you? I hope that gives you a better time line of CH7.9/03/08...Chapter 7 Filed
10/06/08...341 Meeting Done!!! No Objections
12/08/2008...Case Discharged and Closed!!!
