Current Economy Crisis

Hi everyone - I am still waiting to file my BK - CH 7 papers, but I am wondering, with the economy crashing the way that it is; will filing CH7 be more difficult now, as far as getting it discharged? (NYC)

I don't think so.

Actually in some ways it might help, some areas the courts are overrun. It is causing slower processes though in that it is taking more than 60 days after 341 for discharge it seems in some areas.
