I got my discharge on 09/09/08. Now I am being sued by one of the creditors listed on my BK petition. What steps do i need to take now?

You need to contact the creditor and fax them a copy of the bk discharge as well as the creditor matrix.
Respond to the lawsuit with the same info and request the complaint be dismissed with prejudice. Show up in court if it gets that far.Comment
