Hearing to Consider and Act Upon the Following: (Related Document(s): 7 Reaffirmation Agreement with Mortgage Bank signed by Debtor's attorney - Part C, Certification Indicates That The Agreement Establishes A Presumption Of Undue Hardship On Debtor or Debtors filed by attorney for Creditor Mortgage Bank.) Hearing Scheduled For 11/4/2008 at 0:30 AM at Courtroom 1
I wish we would have been told to fill in the little blank on the Reaffirmation Agreement instead of going through a hearing.
Discharged November 2008 100 days after filing no-asset Chapter 7. We intended to let a two-year-old vehicle go back to the bank and reaffirm an inexpensive ten-year-old SUV and our home mortgage. In the end we surrendered ALL of our vehicles and reaffirmed NOTHING. We'll "ride through" our mortgage after the court ruled it an undue hardship.
