Had 341 today!

Went real smooth, no unexpected questions, no creditor objections. Though we got nervous when the guy before us got grilled for something and he "forgot" to list some property.

So, is it just a count down now? Or is there still the possability that the trustee will object to something?

Congrats on a smooth 341. It should be a quiet 60 days, but it really depends on the facts of your case...are you a Ch7 No Asset? If so, I doubt you'll hear a peep from the trustee. If there are assets involved, that is a whole different story. There could be appraisers coming, there could be requests for more info, etc. etc. But just because you're Ch7NA doesn't mean there might not be relief of stays filed, cars repossessed, or foreclosures initiated....all of those can and have happened between 341s and discharge.

Congratulations, & welcome to the 60-day club. It's true, anything can happen, but maybe your trustee has already had his fun with the guy in front of you, and he'll give you a break! Here's hoping...

As the others have said, if you are not an asset case, you should have a quiet 60 day period. Welcome to the October 60 Day Club. I think Woodsprite is keeping the club tallies.
