Discharge Date Passed-Still Not Discharged
My BK was set to be discharged on October 21st, but it still says "awaiting discharge". As far as I know, there's nothing that should be holding this up. The only thing that's gone on since the 341 is Chrysler wanting me to reaffirm and something did go through the court about it, so, could this be it?

It could be they just haven't had a chance to put it in the system. My 60 days is today and I've checked pacer 4 times now just to make sure nothing pops up the last day. I was told it could take up to 30 days for my discharge to show up because the GA systems are so backed up.
