    Discharged 10-30-08!!



    My BK is discharged!!! OMG WHAT A RELIEF!!!!

    In spite of everyone telling me that filing pro se was too risky in my situation, I did it anyway and I did it RIGHT!

    New debt free and credit free life, here come!!

    Thank you to everyone who encouraged me and offered advice and comfort along the way!

            AND you saved 1000's over paying a lawyer, so now

            you have that legal experience under your belt- really, WHAT would a lawyer have done for for you for that huge amount of fee...? Right on Debster!

                      I read your posts from the beginning. I didn't respond because I was concerned when you posted this one.....http://www.bkforum.com/showthread.php?t=26196. I had reservations but didn't know how to articulate them. And I'm no expert.

                      Sounds like everything worked out for the best, thank goodness.
