With so many bankruptcies I suppose its possible they are using it as an overflow chamber, but it is unusual never heard of it before.

The place we had ours was not in the usual big courthouse but a floor on a skyscraper called the US Bankruptcy Court.

Are you sure it is not the same thing? All was well, we all lined up like the stories

It could be the same thing. I GOOGLED it and it read that all Chapter 7 and 13s meetings are held in this office. Ugh. And on my paperwork, it says that my case has been assigned to an "interim Trustee" not a UST. Hmmm. Does that mean anything?
