    question about this expense list

Do they have to allow you these expenses i? my lawyer never asked me about gifts for birthdays and christmas, I have been up crying worrying that my 3 kids will not get presents again for 5 years if we get converted... I would only write what i use, ie neither of us smoke but i never even thought of the 2 cords of wood we have delivered yearly.

alos my housing is a lot more than they allow so long as you have proof of what the mortgage and utlities are. telephone, heat, electricity, they allow it right and do not cut down other things, ie gifts to compensate?

If I was a trustee and saw somebody list "smog check" on their monthly expenses I would probably lean over the table and punch them in the nose.

          yes

I just posted this list from a post on here, there is no such thing as a smog check here in my state but maybe in some states it is mandatory?

Yes it is, and you can lump it with car maintenance to simplify
            No biggie, its all good!

I believe that you add up everything you pay in a year and divide it by 12...So yes smog check would be right.
Thanks for the list. I have been wondering something about this topic. I signed a contract with a local gym before I was thinking BK. 3 months ago I put it on hold but that costs me $25.00 every 3 months to do.
Kinda crappy since I pay for one month in order to get the other two off. How would something llike that work when I file. I wouldnt mind keeping the gym since its for my health but how does that work with the Trustee? Would I reaffirm it?
