60 day club - what could happen?

My 341 is scheduled for December 1. I understand that, after that date, my creditors have 60 days to object to the $$ I owe them being discharged. How likely is that to happen? Will the creditors start to squawk before the 341? If no one shows up at the 341 (no creditors, I mean, as I've read is usually the case), does that mean that they probably won't object to discharge?

How many folks have had creditors object to discharge, and at what stage of the game?

If the debtor didn't make big purchases with their CC's, take out a loan and etc within the "x" number of days before the filing date, then likelyhood of a creditor objecting would be rare. Your creditors can only object if they have good reason to.

Just because no creditors attend the 341's, does not mean debtors are in the clear with respect to objections. An objection to the dischargability of a debt can still occur.
