We are still biting our fingernails and checking pacer twice a day for the magical work "Discharge" and so far nothing. We are 68 days in status and the only thing we see is Awaiting closing. Under flags we have meansno and reaff. Our reaffirm is with Ford on the 20th of this month. Do we have to wait for the reaffirmation meeting until we are discharged? I have been reading the forum and it looks like you can be discharged and not closed with a reaff. We are in middle florida. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Do not panic about the discharge. There are times when getting the actual discharge filed can take some time. If there are no creditor objections or Trustee objections, then you should be okay and you should see your discharge soon. Just be patient.Bankruptcy History:
Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
Discharged - 02/16/2006
Case Closed - 11/08/2007
