can i file for a dismissal of bankruptcy and deal with my judgements later??

what are my consequence of pending judgements against me if i file a motion to dismiss? can they garnest my bank accounts?? im self employed..


also im on a deed of a property that is not all mine..can they force the other owners so sell or how will they handle this??

Try not to panic.

Did you file pro se or with a lawyer?

Are you sure you've used all allowed exemptions to protect your property?

Could you give us some background info.

Income/Expenses things like that.

i used a lawyer (he is not helpful at all)...my judgements are huge..over 500k...

these assets are non exempted..they listed one of them for sale already and planning to do the same with the others..

do i have the first option to buy them back??

If you can afford to do so then yes you should have that option to redeem first.

Sounds like it might have been better for you to have been in a Chapter 13.

I assume you have already had your 341 meeting. I don't know of any way really to get the case voluntarily dismissed after that.
