Filed 11/14, 341 12/8

After all the planning, research and putting my attorney through the ringer from the knowledge gained here, I've just learned that the paperwork was finally filed on November 14th. My 341 is Monday, December 8th.

I'm desperately trying not to hyperventilate at this moment.

Just wanted to say thanks for being such a great resource. I have learned so much these boards.

Hey goodluck on Dec. 8th. The 341's are a breeze. Usually, they go uneventful. I know the nerves do a number on you, but really if you are on the up and up, you should be in and out of there in no time. Goodluck and keep us posted.

I know how you feel....Mine was just filed and 11/11 and the 341 is set for 12/11...Its a great feeling to know that things are just about over....Thanks again from me, also...this board has been wonderful... I will check in throughout the process...

i filed on 11/12 and just got the notice for my 341 to be held 12/16.
one freak out over getting a notice that i was missing my credit counseling certificates, which my attorney's office says they cleared up.

still freaking out.

Unless they think you are hiding something or you are hiding something and aren't good at lying, your 341 should be over in 2-3 minutes. Mine had a few simple "YES/NO" questions and 3 minutes later I was back out in the hallway with the woman that was representing me from the law firm in lieu of my lawyer. If you're being honest on all of your paperwork, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. Just make sure you are there on time.
