Checked PACER last night....Discharged and Closed!!!
I was getting ready to watch a movie and wind down when I decided to check PACER out. Yesterday was DAY 60 and PACER shows both discharged and closed.
This is the biggest load off my shoulders in a long time. I'm expecting there may be some clean up work to do with both my credit reports, but I'm ready to start the rebuilding process. Although in some ways I don't want to, I will probably get a new credit card in the next few months that I can use to start rebuilding. I have my budget set up pretty well and have been working with it the last three months using cash and doing fine.
My new goals are:
1. Keep on using my cash-only budget
2. Build up a emergency cash reserve
3. Start rebuilding credit and clean up credit reports.
