I talked to my lawyer's paralegal yesterday. The paperwork is ready for me to go over. I'll be looking at it in the next few days. I will complete the credit counseling in the next few days as well. I'm thinking I might be able to file before I get paid on again on the 26th....
She said I look good for a chapter 7 and there shouldn't be any problems...I was also able to exempt what I think my tax return from 2008 will be as well..
