PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND...I SIGNED MY PETITION LAST FRIDAY AND AS OF TODAY IT STILL HASN'T BEEN SENT TO THE COURT FOR FILING. HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE AFTER I SIGN BEFORE IT'S FILED?????? i SPOKE WITH THE PARALEGAL ON YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD IT IS STILL WITH THE ATTORNEY.

Yes, I paid the attorney's fees and the court fees when I retained him back in October. Just called again, still not filed. Just left an urgent message for the Attorney (who's been in court all week). I know he's very busy, but I've paid my retainer and expect this to be one of his priorities.
